- Personal Updated Original Bank Statement of one year , with original bank seal and signature
- 3 photograph,35 x 45 mm,80% face appearance, white background,
- Covering Letter on Business Letterhead,
- Hotel confirmation,
- Day to day Itinerary, Financial Papers
- Financial Papers Income tax papers of last 3 years
- Overseas Medical Insurance, insurance for more than 15 days from the date of arrival of the passengers in India
- Ticket should be after 15 working days from the applicant date of travel,
- Pan Card Copy
- Original Salary Slip of last 6 month with company seal and signature on it
