- Visa application form filled & signed (2 signatures)
- Consent form filled & signed
- Original Covering on the Business letterhead with proper entry & exit date
- Invitation letter on company letterhead with seal & signature
- 2 Photographs - 34 x 45 mm, White background, 70% face size
- Original Personal updated Bank statement of last 3 months with Bank seal & signature
- Personal ITR of last 3 years
- Salary slip of last 3 months
- Original Company Bank Statement of last 3 months & Company ITR copies of last 3 years
- Ticket
- Overseas Medical Insurance Policy
- Mobile no & email id of the passenger (mandatory)
- Bio metric is required for the applicants who have not have not given Bio metrics after 2nd November 2015

- Original Personal updated Bank statement of last 3 months with Bank seal & signature
- Overseas Medical Insurance
- Return confirmed Ticket
- Bio metric is required for the applicants who have not have not given Bio metrics after 2nd November 2015
