French Polynesia Tourist Visa
List of documents required
- Original passport valid for a minimum period of three months after the expire date of the visa
- One application form with all columns filled in and 2 recent photographs in the size of 3.5cms x 4.5cms with white / light background.& without border, 60% face should be seen
- Original covering letter from the company mentioning name and designation of the applicant and that of the signatory of managerial or executive level giving brief sketch of applicant's itinerary,
- Original updated bank statement for 6months should be carried when you go for finger prints.
- Copy of income tax papers of last three years / last 3 months salary slips
- Copy of overseas medical insurance policy + repatriation, evacuation cover (equivalent to 30000 euros)
- Copy of air ticket or PNR (booking printout)
