Brazil Business Visa
List of documents required
- Visa Form to fill online at website address (sign has to be in blue ink only) https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br/sci/pages/web/pacomPasesWebInicial.jsf
- Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
- 2 photos 35mm x 45mm, 80% face appearance, white back ground, glossy finish
- Return confirm ticket
- Original Personal Covering from the pax addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clauses, Norms & Regulations & will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there, nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge
- Income tax returns of last 3 years copy with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.
- For child traveling with one of the parents will have to give an affidavit of Authorization attested and Notarized by Mantralaya which is attached (Minor Authorization form)
- Day to day Schedule
- Notarized Original Invitation Letter has to be in English and Portugal language with CNPJ No. mentioned in it (mandatory to submit in both the languages) mentioning that he/she is very much aware of the business clauses, Norms & Regulations & will neither engage in any kind of Technical work out there, nor share or receive any sort of Technical knowledge.
- Original covering letter from the Company on Business letterhead addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai

- Confirmed Return Ticket
- Covering letter addressed to Consulate General of Brazil, Mumbai
- Original Updated Personal Bank statement of last 3 months with Bank Name, Seal and Signature
- Income tax returns of last 3 years copy with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.
- For child traveling with one of the parents will have to give an affidavit of Authorization attested and Notarized by Mantralaya which is attached (Minor Authorization form)
- Hotel as per Ticket
